Shipping & Delivery

BottomsOut.com ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. BottomsOut.com is proud to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer express shipping services to APO/FPO addresses. For international shipping inquiries please email us at sales@bottomsout.com
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, your order will ship within 1-2 days to ensure timely delivery of your product (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). As soon as your order goes out you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your package online.

Returns & Replacements

To return or exchange, the item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from BottomsOut.com. Returns and exchanges made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment or for an exchange for requested merchandise.
FOR OBVIOUS REASONS SOCKS & UNDERWEAR ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN.

Placing your order authorizes BottomsOut.com to be able to charged the amount from your credit card account. You will not actually be charged until the goods have been dispatched. In order to avoid delays in checking your order information, when entering your card details please ensure correct spelling of your name, card number, validity and the security as displayed on your card.
Regarding MasterCard and VISA, the security code relates to the last 3 digits of the signature field on the back of the credit card. Regarding American Express, the 4-digit security code is located on the front of the card, to the right above the imprint of the card number.
